Terms and Conditions for Coastal Pro Cleaning Services

These terms and conditions govern the use of services provided by Coastal Pro Cleaning Services to its customers. By using our services, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully.

1. Scope of Services

1.1 The Company offers various services as listed on our website.

1.2 The Customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding the premises to be cleaned, including any potential hazards.

2. Contract, Pricing, and Payments

2.1 All accepted quotes will be accompanied by a written contract detailing the scope of service.

2.2 Payment is due at the time of service. The Customer agrees to pay the amount specified for the services rendered.

2.3 We accept various forms of payment, which are detailed in our initial service agreement.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

3.1 We require cancellations to be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any fees.

3.2 A cancellation fee will be applied only if the service is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or on the scheduled day itself.

3.3 No-shows or day-of-service cancellations result in a 100% fee.

3.4 Rescheduling requires notice and may be subject to availability.

4. Customer Responsibilities

4.1 The Customer is responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for our staff.

4.2 The Customer agrees to inform the Company of any safety or health risks present at the premises.

4.3 Any specific home preparation required should be completed prior to our team’s arrival, or alternatively, arrangements can be discussed for additional preparation services.

5. Liability and Damages

5.1 Coastal Pro Cleaning Services is fully insured.

5.2 The Company is not liable for damages resulting from improper maintenance, wear and tear, or pre-existing conditions of the premises.

5.3 We assume no liability for pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to service.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

6.1 We respect your privacy and commit to protecting your personal information. Client details are used exclusively for providing and improving our services.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of New Jersey, USA.

7.2 Any legal action arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal court located within the state of New Jersey.

8. How do you charge for your services?

We charge based on the job, not by the hour. This means that even if our skilled technicians complete the job in less time, the agreed-upon price remains unless adjustments are made in advance.
